In many situations that are part of our history as Congregation of the Sisters of Divine Providence we witness God’s Providence acting through us and with us. This time, with humanity suffering from the Pandemic caused by Covid-19, it is no different. At a unique speed, there are hundreds of creative and supportive gestures that bring us together to minimize the great suffering of victims infected or affected in some way.
In all the Continents, fear, disease and death have come. Thousands have already lost their lives and millions have lost their jobs. It is very commendable that at the same speed as the lethal virus advances, individuals, communities, our Social, Health and Education Institutions are mobilized to help those in need.
