"Our life lasts seventy years, and even if it comes long, there are eighty". That is the perception of the psalmist in Psalm 90. What shall we say then about 80 years of religious life? This does not happen so often, but it is not impossible! This showed the jubilee celebration, which took place in the Heart of Jesus Province, Florianópolis, on June 29.
On this day, Sr. Carlinda (Ema Kauling) celebrated her 80th anniversary of religious life. By entrance, she is the sister that is longest in our Congregation; by age, she is the 2nd oldest sister. Sr. Carlinda belongs to the community „Orante" in the house of "Divina Providência" in Trindade. We are happy with her, her sisters and relatives, and wish her and all Sisters that celebrated a Jubilee, the blessing and strength of God.
