Entry into the Noviciate and Postulate in the Region Malawi
Our two novices, Rosemary Saliwa and Chimwemwe Stella Mwamadi began their noviciate year in our congregation on 3th November 2016. Sister Prisca, as coordinator of the Region, accepted them in the noviciate house in Nantipwili, Malawi - Africa. The neighbouring communities were invited to celebrate with us, and we all had a wonderful feast. We congratulated also Sister Elizabeth Namuthuwa, who guides and accompanies them during the noviciate time.
In preparation of starting their religious life, they made a retreat from 18th October to 31st October, together with the two novices, Sr. Grace and Sr. Magret, who are now in their second novitiate year; the retreat theme was: PRAYER and it ended with the sacrament of reconciliation. Father Jacob, a Kenyan Montfortian Father, directed the retreat. He is the Parish priest in Bvumbwe.
On 8th October six candidates were admitted to the postulate of the Region, namely: Manes Bridget Piyo, Annie E. Gawani, Jacqueline Meliana Mwamadi, Agnes P. Magombo, Jessy Chimkwita and Bertha M. Ntameli. We wish them all a blessed formation process.
We ask your prayer, especially for all young sisters in our congregation so that they will be God’s Providence in the world.
