The Sisters of Divine Providence in Malawi Region are very glad to share the good news that on 9th November 2019 four Novices did their first Evangelical Counsels at Nantipwili Pastoral Center’s Chapel next to Eduard Michelis Formation House at Bvumbwe in the Archdiocese of Blantyre. Their names are: Jessy Chinkwita from Mtendere Parish Dedza diocese, Manes Piyo from Kadikira Parish Blantyre Archdiocese, Jacqueline Mwamadi from Masanjala Parish Blantyre Archdiocese and Bertha Chikondi Mtameli from Nkhate Parish Chikwawa Diocese.
The celebration started with a solemn Holy Mass presided over by the Rt Rev. Archbishop Thomas Luke Msusa of Blantyre Archdiocese at 9 am.
Later, there was a luncheon at Nantipwili Pastoral Center's dining Hall. The celebration was well prepared and the ceremony was mostly witnessed by the postulants and sisters of the neighboring formation house as well as by sisters from other congregations.
