"Unto you the saviour is born.”
With this joyful message, we want to greet you and wish that our hearts are open, like Mary’s, ready to be a manger for the birth of Jesus. He invites us to look at him and meet him. This looking and encounter awakens the joy within us like a light that disperses the darkness of our hearts and brings us to salvation!
He urges us to proclaim that God became man. God is longing also to become human in us. He has as much longing as the woman who was looking for the lost Drachma and was very happy when she found it. (cf. Lk 15, 8-10). God is delighted when he becomes visible in our doing and being.
We want to realize in our 175th anniversary of our Congregation the mercy of God's Providence in our daily life:
- by giving an answer to the cry for life;
- by supporting each other in our mission and practice dialogue;
- by granting forgiveness to each other and facilitate new relationships.
Mercy overcomes our human limitations and makes us ready to accept God’s surprises in our life and to discover there-in the new Mission of God.
May Divine Mercy grant us life-giving strength, moving us to live our Mission in joy.
We wish you a blessed Christmas and a happy New Year 2017.
