November 3rd, 2018, was for us, the Sisters of the Malawi Region, - as well as for the entire congregation -, a significant day, because of the 176th founding day of our congregation, and we had further reasons of being happy and grateful since:
Sr. Chimwemwe Steria Mwamadi and Sr. Rosemary Saliwa took their first vows; whereas Mary Saizi, Memory Foster, Anastazia Judith Paul and Dina Komicho entered the Novitiate.
We expressed our joy and happiness with merry songs/chants and dances first during a ceremony in a chapel near the Eduard Michelis Formation House in Nantipwili and then in the subsequent spontaneous encounters.
We are very grateful about the vocations of these young Malawian women and wish them the blessing of the Holy Trinity on their way, following Jesus Christ as Sisters of Divine Providence.
