On the 16th October 2018, the annual meeting of the Dutch community was held in Boxmeer. Almost all sisters of the community were present, as well as employees and members by ADREM, members of the General Coordination (Sr. Lydia Liong and Sr. Lucia Weiler) also Mr Thomas Plagemann from the General Economat and Management.
The meeting began at 14:00 hours. There was a full Agenda that ended at 17:00 hours, but there was also time for encounters and spontaneous conversations: reports were presented on the reality of the Community, information given about the Chapters that had already been conducted in Malawi and Indonesia, and they spoke about motivations for the preparation of the General Chapter of the Congregation in the year 2020.
The joy of the encounter with each other was really striking, as well as the attention and interest of the sisters shown by the questions, comments, and the sharing of experiences. This all testifies to a cheerful and missionary spirit and a sense of belonging to the international congregation.
