On the way of coming to a new structure in Latin America, meetings of the Provincial- and Regional Coordination Teams belong to it. The last meeting took place at the Provincial House in Florianópolis from 22 – 26 March 2017. Sr. Márian and Sr. Maria Rita from the General Coordination and the Team of "Aliança" participated in it as well. The motto: "Mercy as a source of loyalty to the Covenant" urged us to enter in a movement of being permanent on-the-road.
To those days belonged moments of reflection, exchange, considerations and decisions for the way proceeding in Latin America and Mozambique on the areas of mission, formation and the new structure. We had also some free time and recreation. What pleased us all and made us thankful, was the acceptance of three young women into the Latin American novitiate: Marinês, Tauana and Ingrid, who have dared to take a further step in their life-option as Providence Sisters.
We want to continue our way with confidence in God and in the certainty that the God of Providence goes with us, constantly renewing his Covenant with every single one of us.
