From 24-27 June 2019, a meeting of the General Coordination with the Latin American Provincial / Regional coordinators and with the Commissions took place in Florianópolis. At this meeting a new stage of the process of the "Alliance of Divine Providence for Latin America" was launched, so to speak, following the decision that was taken in the respective provincial- and the regional chapters of 2018, namely: to have only one single Province in Latin America. This new phase of the process will be carried out in a different manner. The responsibility for the coordination of the Latin American process is with the General Coordination until the General Chapter 2020. This includes a networking team and three Commissions: Formation and Spirituality, Mission, Management. At this first meeting, goals and action steps were developed for the time between 2019 and 2023.
