Today, 22 January 2018, we finished the Congregational Council meeting! God be thanked and praised: for the hospitality, for the joint searching, for the intense and deep sharing, for the goodwill and international solidarity...! We thank God also for giving us a new hope for the future.
On Saturday evening, after a very intensive week with views of the General Chapter 2020, the Indonesian province arranged for us a wonderful meeting with about 60 sisters, who live in different communities in Central Jawa; that is more than 50% of the Sisters in the entire Indonesian province.
And on Sunday, they have further surprised us: on an excursion we could experience some of the great cultural and religious richness of Indonesia. We visited a Buddhist temple, a Mosque and a Marian pilgrimage place.
